The Pender Harbour and Egmont Visitor Guide has been published annually since 2015 by Paq Press. Established in 2006, Paq Press also publishes the monthly news magazine the Harbour Spiel. The Harbour Spiel’s focus is on news, events, history and gossip specific to the Pender Harbour and Egmont area. Publisher/editor Brian Lee took over the publication in 2006 from former publisher Myrtle Winchester. Winchester published her first issue of the Harbour Spiel in February 1990 which makes it the Sunshine Coast’s oldest publication in operation.
